Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch orders promptly.

Orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days upon confirmation from our warehouse in Singapore.

Shipments are delivered by a courier service with registered tracking number attached.

 

International customers are responsible for all handling fees, taxes and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries.

These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are not responsible for any customs and import duty charges.

Please contact your local customs office in regards to any customs and import duty charges.

 

If you need special delivery arrangement, do contact us at Info@workassist.com.sg. We will respond as soon as we could.

 

WORK ASSIST SG make every effort to ensure that your order is received, as ordered, in pristine condition. We take pride in dispatching all items as accurately, quickly and neatly as possible.

 

However, occasionally orders may be damaged during transit or items may be missing from the delivery. Any damaged or missing goods must be reported to WORK ASSIST SG within 14 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at Info@workassist.com.sg

 

Provided you notify us within 14 days of delivery of any damaged or missing goods, we will arrange for the appropriate response to be actioned. This may be the replacement of an item or a refund.

 

When receiving your order, it is important that you follow the steps below:

    All damaged or missing products must be reported to us at Info@workassist.com.sg within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

    Once your order arrives, please carefully check the contents without ripping or damaging the packaging.

    If you find any products to be damaged, please contact us within the required 14 days period.
