Returns & Refunds

We hope that you are 100% happy with your WORK ASSIST SG purchase. However, if you would like to return your item for any reason, you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to notify us of your intention to return.

Before returning your item, please notify us first at: Info@workassist.com.sg

 

Once approved, please return your item via a tracked or recorded delivery service:

    Prepare your package to be sent to our warehouses.

    Please return your item unused and in the original packaging

    Please ensure that any returned goods are well packaged (as damaged goods cannot be refunded!)

    Please enclose a small cover note which tells us your name, address, order number, the item(s) being returned and whether you would like a refund.

    Send your package to our warehouse and keep the tracking number of your postage!

    Whilst it's not mandatory, we advise that you obtain a proof of postage for the items refunded (We are also unable to refund missing items)

Note: Any goods returned in used condition will only be refunded if they have a manufacturing defect.

 

Note: The return cost will be determined by WORK ASSIST SG based on the item's condition and reason for return. Follow the instructions in our return authorisation email before sending items back.
